$30,000 - $48,000 yearly

• Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
• Manage client communications, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances, optimizing time for both clients and attorneys.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation, contributing valuable insights and information.
• Maintain and update client files, ensuring confidentiality and easy access for the legal team.
• Collaborate with attorneys to draft correspondence and legal documents, enhancing clarity and precision.
• Facilitate smooth client onboarding by gathering necessary information and explaining processes clearly and compassionately.

• Prior experience in Family Law or legal administrative support required.

• Strong understanding of law firm workflow and billable hour structures.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Advanced written and verbal communication abilities.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
