Dental HygienistWe are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our hardworking, dynamic team. Execute scaling, root planing, and selective polishing as appropriate.Diagnostics & Prevention: Take patient radiographs prescribed by the dentist. Apply cavity-preventive agents, including fluorides and sealants. Administer local anesthetics safely.Clinical Accuracy: Review daily schedules, complete hygiene chart audits, and accurately chart each patient's periodontal health. Update health and dental history forms diligently.Patient Education: Teach proper oral hygiene techniques and communicate treatment plans in a professional, understandable, and empathetic manner.Documentation & Schedule Flow: Accurately record all provided treatments. Partner with the administrative assistant to schedule hygiene patients with efficiency and accuracy.Team Support: Support the clinic by performing other tasks assigned by the office leadership.Qualifications & SkillsLicense: Active Colorado Dental Hygiene license (Required).Core Skills: Strong communication and top-tier patient care skills.
