Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs to develop tailored treatment plans that promote positive behavioral change.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with couples and families, including individual therapy, to address relational dynamics and personal challenges.

• Work collaboratively with clients to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to separation or divorce.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques within the therapeutic process to enhance treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development, including participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and utilizing peer consultation for clinical support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Compassion Core Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
