Aerospace Facilities & EHS Operations Coordinator
Location: Chatsworth, CA
Schedule: 1st Shift
Compensation: $22–$26 per hour, DOE
Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing
Picture your morning: you open the CMMS, review overnight tickets, line up vendor service calls, and sync with the Facility Manager on priorities. By mid-morning, you’re coordinating quotes and POs with Finance, confirming a preventive maintenance visit, and ensuring EHS records are buttoned up for an upcoming audit. Afternoon brings capital project updates, meeting minutes for leadership, and a final pass through invoices to keep everything on track. If that rhythm sounds like your stride, you’ll thrive here.
We are partnering exclusively with a long-standing aerospace manufacturer in Chatsworth, CA. They’re seeking a resourceful administrative pro to serve as the connective tissue across Facilities, Maintenance, EHS, Capital Projects, Finance, internal teams, and external service providers.
Role Snapshot- Be the administrative anchor for Facilities, Maintenance, and EHS operations
- Own CMMS administration and keep records current
- Coordinate purchasing and procurement; manage vendor communication
- Process and track invoices and purchasing documentation
- Support capital project administration and reporting
- Maintain EHS and compliance documentation
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Capture meeting notes and produce clear, timely minutes
- Provide general departmental and employee support
- 3+ years in office administration or customer service
- Exceptional organization and multitasking in fast-paced settings
- Background in purchasing, invoicing, vendor or records management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Polished written and verbal communication
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Independence and the ability to support multiple departments
- Comfort operating within a manufacturing environment
- CMMS exposure is a plus
- Experience with EHS or compliance documentation is a plus
- High School Diploma required; additional Business Administration education preferred
