Innovative Captive Strategies is looking for an experienced Captive Executive to drive innovative captive insurance solutions in New Jersey. You will play a key role in growing revenues through client relationships and achieving sales goals. Your responsibilities include generating sales leads, providing client education, and maintaining strong relationships with agency partners. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in employee benefits sales and the ability to obtain a state insurance license within 90 days.
