Sr. Director, Marketing Finance

Role Description

Nutrafol is seeking a seasoned, strategic finance leader to serve as Sr. Director, Marketing Finance, a high-impact role reporting to the SVP, Head of Finance. In this position, you will own the Revenue and Marketing forecast model for Nutrafol's .COM and Amazon channels, serve as the financial lead for our DTC and e-commerce business, and be a key thought partner to the CMO on strategic insights and decision making.

This is not a back-office role. You will be embedded in the commercial business, sitting at the intersection of Finance and Marketing to drive the insights that shape channel strategy and investment decisions. We are looking for a proven leader with deep e-commerce and DTC financial expertise, strong analytical horsepower, and the presence to influence senior stakeholders. You will thrive here if you are intellectually curious, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and energized by building both rigorous forecast models and a high-performing team around you.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and continuously refine the Revenue and Marketing forecast model for Nutrafol's .COM and Amazon channels.
• Facilitate and continuously improve the annual and ongoing financial planning process for .COM and Amazon.
• Lead key strategic finance initiatives, including scenario planning, investment prioritization, and other high-priority projects.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to the CMO and SVP, Head of Finance.
• Build, manage, and develop a team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive the adoption of best-in-class financial planning tools, processes, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Partner with Accounting, Data, and Business teams to ensure the integrity and consistency of financial data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience.
• Direct experience in a DTC or e-commerce business required.
• Experience with Amazon's retail ecosystem (Vendor Central, Seller Central, or Amazon Advertising) is a plus.
• MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree required.
• Deep financial modeling expertise.
• Proven people management skills.
• Exceptional executive communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated comfort leveraging AI tools.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools and advanced proficiency in Excel.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Backgrounds in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy are a plus.

Salary Range

$190,000 - $220,000 USD
