Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor $17.65-21.28/hr Shift Supervisors manage day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. Candidates and current team members who demonstrate our values may be selected for this position and will receive on‑the‑job training for specific management tasks and leadership growth. As part of the leadership team, Shift Supervisors are ambassadors of Company & Brand Equity Standards, ensuring guest loyalty and profit maximization. They resolve guest interactions, optimize profits, and maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness. Selected candidates may also work in other hourly roles they are certified in, scheduled according to restaurant need.
