Business Development Representative

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Caldwell, ID. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, managing inside sales efforts, and cultivating relationships with prospective and current clients. You will play a key role in expanding the company's customer base and contributing to overall revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include reaching out to potential clients, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering tailored logistics solutions. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales processes Strong Communication skills to foster client relationships and effectively convey logistics solutions Expertise in Business Development and strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities Proactive problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset Ability to collaborate with internal teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment Familiarity with logistics, supply chain operations, or similar industries is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
