HR Payroll Administrator LHH is looking for a Human Resources Payroll Administrator for a client of ours, a non profit organization in Queens, NY. This full time position will be 100% on-site and have experience processing payroll and reporting with UKG . This position will pay between $75,000- $85,000, contingent on experience. Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing and reporting in UKG
- Employee Relations: Assist with employee conflict resolution and performance management
- Talent Acquisition support
- HR Compliance
- The California Fair Chance Act
- Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance
- Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers
- San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
