We believe in an individualized, patient-focused approach to diagnosis and treatment. For some, anxiety or drug dependence looks different from others with the same diagnoses, and in some cases, Behavioral health and substance use disorders occur simultaneously. In these cases of dual-diagnosis, we treat the patients in the best way possible given their specific case.

The Training & Development Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Salt Lake Behavioral Health Executive Leadership team to develop and maintain a system of training and development that ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory entities, provides high quality training services to employees, and supports and strengthens employees' professional development. The Training & Development Coordinator coordinates all training related activities and presents training to all employees on company policies and procedures, new hire orientation, core philosophies, first aid, CPR, safety & emergency procedures, verbal de-escalation, physical interventions, etc.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience: 3-5 years experience in training, compliance, and professional development.
• Certifications Required: Handle with Care Trainer, Verbal De-escalation Trainer, AED/CPR/First Aid Trainer, Service Excellence Facilitator
• Additional Requirements: Handle with Care Master Trainer (preferred), Verbal De-escalation Master Trainer (preferred)
