Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive medical-surgical and telehealth care in a critical access hospital setting. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of adapting to diverse clinical environments while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver direct patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry units following established clinical guidelines.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and response to treatments, and document findings accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Float across units as needed, ensuring seamless patient care across departments.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to facility policies regarding documentation, licensure, and certifications.
  
  
• 
  Ensure all necessary skills and certifications are current and compliant with hospital standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active, valid state RN license.
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 2 years recent experience in medical-surgical and telehealth nursing.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate recent travel experience and flexibility to float across units.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong clinical skills in patient assessment, critical thinking, and documentation.
  
  
• 
  Provide references, including a supervisor signed letter from within the past year.
