ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of six with more than 65 years of combined insurance experience. I'm passionate about helping customers protect what matters most while building a workplace where people can grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work each day. You'll also be greeted by our office dog, Ellie, who is part of the team and comes to work every day!

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steve Lane - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
