Staff Accountant Opportunity | OKC based I have a great opportunity for an early-career accountant who is looking for more than just a job — this is a chance to learn, grow, and build a strong accounting foundation while working directly with experienced financial leaders. This growing outsourced accounting firm is adding a Staff Accountant to the team. You’ll work closely with the Controller and CFO and get hands‑on experience supporting multiple legal entities, month‑end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, AP/AR, and more. Responsibilities: Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and the month‑end close process Prepare account and bank reconciliations while researching and resolving discrepancies Record journal entries, accruals and other general‑ledger activity Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash‑management processes as needed Maintain accurate supporting documentation and organized financial records Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency What they’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 0–2 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Someone who is curious, eager to learn, and wants to grow Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment If you’re an early‑career accountant in OKC—or know someone who would be a great fit—I’d love to connect!
