As a member of the Culinary Team, you will collaborate with the Somni team to develop, prepare, and execute dishes at the highest level, while supporting the training and growth of your colleagues. General requirements Thorough understanding of fine dining standards, policies, and procedures. Ability to follow and uphold recipes and quality requirements. Commitment to maintaining sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure. Must have or obtain a California manager's food handler certification.
