About the Role

This is a high-ownership, commercial role at a pre-seed AI-powered talent marketplace, sitting at the intersection of sales, growth, and strategy. You will own the full demand side of the marketplace, bringing in the companies that hire through the platform and turning what works into a repeatable engine. The role is designed to grow into a General Manager position with broader business ownership.

What You'll Do

• Own company acquisition end to end, from prospecting and outreach through onboarding and activation of new clients.

• Build trusted relationships with founders, executives, and talent leaders at high-growth startups.

• Execute across multiple GTM channels including cold calling, outbound sequences, referrals, partnerships, events, and content.

• Write and optimize compelling email and LinkedIn campaigns that consistently generate conversations.

• Run highly personalized outreach and experiment quickly with new messaging, segments, and commercial models.

• Turn successful experiments into measurable, repeatable processes the company can scale.

• Collaborate with talent and product teams to improve matching quality, client experience, and marketplace liquidity.

• Track the full demand funnel, identify bottlenecks, and take ownership of improving conversion at every stage.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 2 or more years of experience in a client-facing, commercial, consulting, operations, or growth role.

• Background in a demanding, fast-paced environment such as a venture-backed startup, management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility with founders and senior leaders.

• Willingness to pick up the phone, initiate conversations, and maintain momentum through rejection.

• A highly analytical and experimental mindset applied to growth and GTM strategy.

• Comfort operating across strategy and hands-on execution, from designing a GTM motion to personally sending the first hundred messages.

• Ability to create structure from ambiguity and solve unfamiliar problems independently.

• High ownership, urgency, and genuine ambition to build something from an early stage.

• Visible, measurable professional achievements, not just community or extracurricular activity.
