Job Description:

Position Summary
As a Receptionist , you will provide administrative and front-desk support to the office. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, coordinating meeting room setup, and ensuring a positive experience for employees, vendors, and guests.



Typical Workday

• Welcome and check in visitors
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries
• Issue visitor badges and credentials
• Prepare and organize meeting rooms
• Assist with administrative tasks and office requests
• Support employees, vendors, and guests throughout the day

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Issue visitor badges and access credentials
• Set up and prepare meeting rooms
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Coordinate office-related requests
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk environment
• Ensure a positive visitor and employee experience

Required Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic administrative and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Overall experience range: 0-2 years

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

Team Environment

• Acts as the primary front-desk point of contact for visitors and employees
• Works closely with office staff to support daily operations
