Required Skills :

• Expertise in Primavera P6
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management, Resource Loading/ Levelling, Schedule analysis, Critical path analysis, Running Reports, Pulling data, Analytics, Filters & Project Codes
• Experience in operations, maintenance, construction, power generation systems, project management, or project controls.
• Strong communication skills for different audiences.
• Knowledge of project and outage management theories, concepts, methods, best practices, and techniques.
• Competency in building partnerships and working collaboratively.

Bonus Skills Not Required :

• Project Management Experience
• Previous Utility Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.

Job Overview:

The position provides project oversight, scheduling, control, and analysis for electrical projects. Multiple projects are supported simultaneously. The position requires a thorough understanding of project cost and schedule controls and project management methodologies, strong computer skills, and enhanced verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and develop complex project schedules in Primavera P6
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve consensus on final project schedule.
• Lead constructability review meetings and support scheduling improvement initiatives.
