NextShining is seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Connect with prospective clients and introduce NextShining’s services and solutions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct outreach through phone, email, and other professional communication channels.
• Qualify potential opportunities and identify client needs.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate conversations with appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and business development activities.
• Follow up with potential clients throughout the business development process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and growth initiatives.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities.
