Our facility includes the latest manufacturing technology and equipment. Job Description Shift: 1st shift, Monday through Thursday 6:00 am – 2:00 pm Essential Duties And Responsibilities Independently set up, program, and operate Haas mills and other equipment. Machine complex, high‑tolerance parts and components from blueprints and models. Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial calipers. Perform machine alignment procedures and zero‑home procedures to maintain peak operating performance. Troubleshoot machine problems. Make routine decisions and apply problem‑solving skills to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance. Qualification Requirements At least 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong orientation toward quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Excellent attendance and a positive, "can‑do" attitude. The Following Experience Is a Plus But Not Required Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
