Automotive Sales Consultant

Company: Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Location: Vallejo, CA Pay Range: $40,000 – $151,000+ (based on experience & performance) What You’ll Do Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre‑owned vehicles Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience Follow up with leads (internet, phone, and walk‑ins) Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives Negotiate deals and close sales professionally Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and promotions Compensation & Benefits $40K – $151K+ annual earning potential (uncapped commission) Performance bonuses and incentives Paid training and ongoing development Opportunities for advancement within the dealership Supportive management team and strong inventory What We’re Looking For Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus, but not required) Strong communication and people skills Competitive mindset with a drive to win Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work weekends and flexible hours #J-18808-Ljbffr Wise Auto Group
