Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development : Assist the Chef in planning and executing innovative menu items that showcase our culinary vision.
- Inventory Management : Ensure proper inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Food Preparation : Oversee food preparation to maintain quality and consistency in every dish served.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
