About the Role:
seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in the commercial printing industry and an established, portable book of business. This individual will drive new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and expand market presence offering comprehensive print, direct mail, fulfillment, packaging, and marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and existing industry relationships
- Leverage an existing portable book of business to generate immediate revenue growth
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients across multiple industries
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized print, direct mail, fulfillment, packaging, and marketing solutions
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations while negotiating contracts and closing profitable business
- Collaborate with production, customer service, and project management teams
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through implementation and ongoing account management
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting in CRM

Requirements:
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience within the commercial printing industry
- Proven success selling commercial print, direct mail, large-format printing, fulfillment, packaging, or related print solutions
- Existing portable book of business with demonstrated ability to transition client relationships
- Strong understanding of offset printing, digital printing, direct mail, finishing, fulfillment, and print production processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong closing ability
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar
