Leave of Absence Coordinator

To support employee well-being, the part-time Leave of Absence Coordinator will manage and facilitate various leave programs remotely, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while assisting employees throughout the leave process. Key responsibilities Coordinate and administer all aspects of employee leaves, including medical, family, and personal leaves Ensure accurate documentation and processing of leave requests while maintaining confidentiality Provide guidance to employees and managers on leave policies, procedures, and eligibility Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in leave administration or human resources Knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA Proficient in using HRIS and leave management systems Strong organizational and time-management skills
