Business Development Representative Salt Lake City, UT | Full-Time, On-SIte $60K-$120K OTE Open to New Grads! About the Role We're an AI-powered insurance company rebuilding one of the largest, least-automated industries in financial services from the ground up. We design, underwrite, price, and issue insurance directly, no middlemen, no legacy processes. Backed by $374M in funding, we're growing fast and looking for driven, detail-oriented sales people to join our Salt Lake City team. You'll work in a high-energy environment where performance is recognized and growth is real. What You'll Do
- Own accounts from deal close through active billing, you see it all the way through
- Track integration milestones and remove blockers quickly
- Check in with customers regularly to resolve issues and identify expansion opportunities
- Keep CRM current with clear next steps and account owners
- Grow revenue within existing accounts over time
- Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented, you don't let things fall through the cracks
- Fast learner who can get up to speed on a technical product
- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks
- Self-motivated and ready to work hard in a performance-driven culture
- $60k-80K base | $120K OTE
- We promote from within and have new roles opening regularly
