Sales Coordinator

Sales CoordinatorThe Sales Coordinator will provide support to the sales team by performing a variety of administrative tasks, which includes maintaining sales department records, filing contracts, confirming receipt of equipment, and assisting with the preparation of contracts and quotes.Responsibilities:Prepares documentation such as quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses for potential customersMaintains all quote documentation and the WIP with accurate pricing and configurations for all Account ManagersMaintains all sales demonstration tools and applicationsCoordinates job billing with the sales teamEnters jobs into the system and assists with ordering equipment for said jobsConfirms the arrival of parts for service and contract projects and notifies appropriate personnel of arrivalFiles and maintains documentation according to record keeping and retention guidelinesAttends sales meetingsResponsible for reporting job progress to sales and leadership teamAssists with Account Receivable (explanation of why items are owed, contacting customers for payment, etc.)Other Duties as assignedMinimum and/or preferred qualifications:Education:High School Diploma or GED equivalentExperience:2 or more years of administrative experience supporting multiple individualsCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:NoneSkill Requirements:Excellent customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Personal computer skills, strong typing ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Work Environment:This job operates in both an office and a field environment.
