The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, ambitious, and possess a thorough understanding of the custom jewelry industry. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end Custom Order Process, maintaining effective communication with vendors and customers, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage special order requests from start to finish, serving as the key point person for customers, vendors, and internal teams.* Monitors order statuses, ensures quoted time frames are maintained, and addresses any potential issues that may arise.* Calculate and quote prices.* Accurately submit and verify custom orders with vendors within specified timeframes.* Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely confirmation, delivery, and proper invoicing and payments.* Facilitate vendor compliance with product quality and on-time delivery standards.* Cultivate a positive customer experience (internal and external stakeholders) throughout the entire process.**Qualifications:*** 1+ years of experience in the jewelry industry.* 1+ years of experience specifically with custom jobs.* Basic understanding and ability to read CAD's.* Able to work autonomously.* Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.* High sense of urgency and initiative.* Excellent communication skills.* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.* Must be able to work some Saturday shifts remotely.* This position is 100% onsite in our Seattle, Washington Support Center.*The pay range for this opportunity is $26.00 – 35.00 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.*
