Job Description
Title: RN - Outpatient Clinic / Infusion

Schedule:
- Shift Type: Days
- Shift Times: 4 x 10-hr shifts, 07:30-18:00
- Days: Monday-Friday

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years RN experience in Outpatient Clinic/Infusion
- Chemo certification required (ONS/ONCC)
- BLS certification required
- Experience with EPIC charting system required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy and other infusions safely and effectively.
- Monitor patients during chemotherapy administration and manage adverse reactions.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment protocols and symptom management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient care activities.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation: 64 hours
- Strict credentialing/fingerprinting deadline the Tuesday prior to start (no exceptions).
- RNs must have a valid compact or state license at the time of submission.
- Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
