Desktop TechnicianWe are looking for a Desktop Technician for a client of ours in Austin, Texas. Location: Austin, Texas. Job Type: Contract. Salary: $25 - 30 per hour. Work Hours: 8am to 5pm. Education: Bachelors. Responsibilities: Deliver responsive Level 2 desktop support for end users, providing timely troubleshooting, resolution, escalation, and follow-up for technical issues. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
