Clinical Assistant Professor Of Nurse Anesthesiology

The Department of Nurse Anesthesiology Program is seeking a 12-month, non-tenure earning, Clinical Assistant Professor of Nurse Anesthesiology. Position responsibilities include a 4/4 teaching load or its equivalent, and service.

This position will report to the Department Chair.

Working hours: varies.

Supervision exercised: This is not a supervisory role.

Required licensure:

• Florida APRN license, Certification by NBCRNA, Terminal doctoral degree-PhD, DNP, EdD

Anticipated start date: The position is expected to begin on August 3, 2026.

Required qualifications:

• Graduate degree in nursing specializing in nurse anesthesiology
• Terminal doctoral degree
• Two (2) years clinical experience

Preferred qualifications/skills:

• Five (5) years of clinical experience
• Experience in didactic nurse anesthesiology education
