Our client, a leader in the commercial and residential fabrication industry, is looking for a motivated Order Processor to join their growing team. This isn’t just a data-entry role; you will act as a pivotal Account Manager, bridging the gap between client vision and shop-floor reality.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Interfacing: Serving as the professional first point of contact for incoming inquiries, ensuring callers are routed with precision.

• Information Management: Executing critical filing and digital record-keeping to ensure project data is retrievable and audit-ready.

• Workflow Support: Assisting the leadership team with daily administrative tasks that keep the production cycle moving.

• Order Validation: Reviewing complex client orders for technical accuracy and ensuring they align with our specialized fabrication capabilities.

• Supply Chain Liaison: Partnering with production and logistics teams to provide clients with live updates on manufacturing timelines and shipping.

• Technical Guidance: Helping clients navigate our digital catalogs and software tools to select the correct hardware and finishes for their specific needs.

• Relationship Management: Overseeing a portfolio of long-term accounts, focusing on trust-building and proactive problem-solving.

• Solution-Based Resolution: Navigating delivery challenges or product questions with a calm, professional, and results-heavy approach.
