Qualifications

Customer Service -Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients
Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and providers.
Confidentiality - Understanding HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient privacy at all times

Responsibilities

Verifying patient chart information is completed for schedule
Entering patient data in electronic records
Scheduling patient appointments as needed
Check-in/Check-out patients
Receiving and recording payments

Expected hours: 40 per week
