• Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation of all client interactions, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve may include adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Our approach is tailored to consider the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each individual, ensuring that all therapeutic interventions remain culturally sensitive and holistically focused. We aim to empower clients of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—by providing them with the tools and support needed to improve their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure in one of the following: Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with a focus on diverse populations.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Previous experience with case management and linking clients to community resources is highly desirable.

• A competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
