Schedule: Full-Time

We're seeking an organized and customer-focused Account Associate to join a collaborative team supporting critical business operations and client accounts. What You'll Do

• Respond to client inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner

• Research and analyze account, loan, and documentation information

• Provide updates, reporting, and status information to clients and internal partners

• Coordinate activities across multiple departments to support business transactions

• Investigate and resolve documentation or processing issues

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify solutions and remove roadblocks

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
