Rate: $42 per hour

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant III to support project turnover activities. This role provides administrative and coordination support to ensure a structured, accurate, and timely handover from project teams to operations.



Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for turnover activities, including documentation and recordkeeping
• Maintain tracking logs, databases, and document management systems
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication across teams
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and turnover documentation
• Organize and maintain SharePoint sites, dashboards, and distribution lists
• Track action items, document status, and follow-ups
• Support onboarding, training coordination, and site access requirements
• Assist with preparation of turnover materials and packages

Requirements

• 3–5 years of administrative experience (industrial, construction, or operations preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote)
• Experience with SharePoint or document management systems preferred
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage structured processes
• Ability to obtain and maintain TWIC credentials
