New Business Sales Manager – Sell Side | North America & Canada Industry: Financial Market Data | OTC Data | Risk Analytics | Trading Workflows We are supporting a high-growth data and analytics business within a global financial markets infrastructure group on a critical New Business Sales Manager – Sell Side hire. This is a high-profile new logo sales role owning the sell‑side mandate across North America and Canada, focused on banks, trading houses, brokers, financial platforms and capital markets participants. The business provides differentiated OTC data, pricing content, benchmarks, indices, risk management data and pre/post‑trade analytics to the global financial markets. The role is best suited to someone with experience selling into front‑office, middle‑office or risk management workflows, ideally across market data, OTC data, trading workflow, pricing, benchmarks, FX, rates, credit, derivatives, treasury, or capital markets technology. Quota is expected to be approximately $850,000 for 2026, likely moving toward $1m–$1.1m in 2027. The commission plan starts at 13% and scales up to 45% at the highest levels of attainment. At 100% of a $1m quota, total compensation would be approximately $330,000, with potential for $600k+ in a strong overachievement year.
