Part-Time Member Services & Payments Specialist
YMCA of Metro Atlanta
A community-focused nonprofit organization in Atlanta is seeking a Membership Service Center Specialist. This role requires maintaining member accounts, processing payments, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of customer service experience and possess strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is needed.
