The Office Manager manages the daily operations of the office while providing the guidance and leadership skills necessary to assist in achieving the highest levels of customer service and sales goals. The qualified candidate will possess the ability to be highly efficient with responsibilities in a time sensitive environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours is an essential obligation of the position. Compensation: Based on experience Essential Job Functions Professionally responding to calls from vendors, internal customers as well as guests, meeting the needs of each or routing calls to sales associates Partnering with various departments to schedule deliveries Ensuring accuracy of customer sales orders Processing multiple daily and weekly reports Assisting customers with online payments Onboarding, training and coaching office team to achieve high level customer focused performance Ability to lift 25 lbs This position is currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
