Role Overview

As an Administrative Assistant / Business Operations Assistnat youll be at the center of daily operationssupporting customer service, sales, marketing, and internal teams.

Youll be working directly with customers making meaningful lifestyle investments, which means every interaction matters. This role plays a key part in delivering a premium, detail-oriented customer experience from the first touchpoint through service support.

Youll also gain exposure to high-value client relationships while learning how to deliver a best-in-class customer experience within a fast-growing brand.This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early-career candidate looking to break into business operations, sales, or marketing.

What Youll Do
  • Be the first point of contactgreeting customers, answering calls, and creating a welcoming experience
  • Support customer service operations (emails, phone calls, in-person inquiries)
  • Assist with Shopify and HubSpot data entry and organization
  • Help coordinate customer returns, service claims, and warranty items
  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and internal coordination
  • Support office operations including inventory, supplies, and organization
  • Assist across departmentsincluding sales, marketing, and service as needed
  • Help document processes and improve systems as we scale
What Youll Learn

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in startups, operations, marketing, or sales
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace
