Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Swoon An established litigation firm is seeking a highly motivated Employment Law Associate to join their growing West Coast team . This hybrid role is perfect for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and brings strong experience in Wage & Hour Class Actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases. What You'll Do Manage complex employment litigation matters independently Assist with wage & hour class action and PAGA strategy, discovery, motion work, and mediations Analyze wage & hour data and prepare detailed legal documents Collaborate with senior attorneys and communicate directly with clients Handle all aspects of litigation from start to finish What We're Looking For 4–8 years of employment litigation experience (including 2+ years with wage & hour class action/PAGA) Licensed to practice in California Strong legal writing, research, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and team-minded Hybrid role based in San Diego, CA In-office at least 2 days/week (Wednesdays + Tuesday/Thursday) We will also consider candidates in Orange County and Los Angeles who are willing to travel to downtown San Diego on an as-needed basis.
