Dental Treatment Coordinator
Whole Health Dentistry is seeking a dental treatment coordinator to join our welcoming, team-oriented practice. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of a key role that blends treatment coordination, financial guidance, and front office leadership. You'll play an essential part in ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and confident in their care.

- Full-Time
- Tuesday Friday
What you'll do:
- Present treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and confidence
- Guide patients through financial options and help them make informed decisions
- Coordinate scheduling to optimize efficiency and patient flow
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless daily operations
- Manage insurance verification, billing, and collections accurately
- Deliver a consistently outstanding patient experience from start to finish
What we're looking for:
- 23+ years of dental front office experience (treatment coordinator experience required)
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and insurance processes
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-first approach
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Experience with Curve Dental is a plus
