About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enterprise Risk Management. The successful candidate will be a senior risk leader responsible for advancing the enterprise risk program and strengthening risk governance. This pivotal role involves serving as a key partner to executive leadership, overseeing core enterprise risk disciplines, and ensuring that risk practices are in line with strategic priorities, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices. The VP will lead the enhancement and governance of the risk management program, establish and maintain risk methodologies, and oversee risk appetite governance. Additionally, the role includes directing enterprise reporting, managing key risk indicator programs, and guiding risk assessment activities across various risk domains. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an advanced degree, and at least 10 years of experience in enterprise risk management or related functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk assessments, governance, issue management, and control effectiveness reviews, as well as experience with risk technology platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with proven leadership experience in managing and developing risk teams. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications and experience in financial services, particularly in areas such as banking, payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure. Familiarity with technology risk, cyber risk, and agile delivery models is also a plus.
