Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through individual interviews and standardized screening tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on initial evaluations, ongoing assessments, and client feedback.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, both in individual and group settings, tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, providing referrals to psychiatrists and other specialists when required.

• Document all interactions and updates accurately in the EHR system to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients dealing with various mental health issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and substance abuse challenges. Our client base is diverse, spanning different ages, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Your ability to relate to and understand clients from different walks of life will be crucial to your success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York state.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
