Client Care CoordinatorWe are seeking an energetic and experienced client care coordinator for a busy and fast-growing, multi-clinician, psychotherapy practice.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of highly responsible administrative, medical billing, and patient-care experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.ResponsibilitiesChecking eligibility and benefits verification for treatments and procedures.Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information.Preparing, reviewing, and transmitting claims using billing software, including electronic and paper claim processing.Maintain and facilitate patient scheduling.General office management tasks, including routing of phone calls to clinicians, sorting mail, keeping up office supplies and equipmentOther duties deemed necessary by the office manager
