Salary: $20-$22/Hr Job Title: Dental Front Office Receptionist Location: Mililani Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hourJob Type: Full-Time Monday through Friday We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Office Receptionist to help keep our dental office running smoothly. This person will be the first point of contact for patients and will support scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, billing support, and general front office tasks. Interested? - Greet patients, check them in, and provide a welcoming experience
- Answer phones and respond to patient questions in a professional and helpful way
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Help manage cancellations, reschedules, reminders, and waitlists
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance claims and pre authorizations
- Collect patient payments, issue receipts, and help with account balances
- Maintain accurate patient records and help keep documents organized
- Support daily front office tasks, including mail, email, supplies, referrals, and end of day closing
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask in a fast paced, patient facing environment
- Professional, courteous, and dependable
