#restonfed Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiter in McLean, VA. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a growing talent acquisition team supporting a dynamic and mission-focused organization. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts while delivering an exceptional hiring experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in federal recruiting, talent market intelligence, and relationship management. This role requires the ability to identify, attract, and engage top talent while partnering closely with business leaders to meet critical workforce needs. What You'll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, workforce planning goals, and talent needs
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and applicant tracking systems
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Utilize Company search techniques and modern recruiting tools to identify and engage passive candidates
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and recruitment strategies
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Leverage AI-enabled recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and enhance decision-making
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute innovative solutions to recruiting challenges
• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting federal government-related programs, contracts, or organizations
• Experience using Workday or a similar applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Strong experience with talent pipelining, searches, and social recruiting strategies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business stakeholders

• Experience recruiting for cleared professionals or highly specialized technical roles
• Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and sourcing platforms
• Knowledge of current labor market trends and talent acquisition best practices
