Bilingual Member Service Representative
Virtual Vocations Inc
A company is looking for a Member Service Representative- Bilingual. Key Responsibilities Answer high-volume inbound calls and assist English and Spanish speaking callers with inquiries regarding membership and banking products Perform member verification, review accounts, and document interactions while meeting quality and productivity expectations Collaborate with management and partners to resolve complex issues and support specialized digital, card, or loan transactions Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish, with knowledge of basic banking terminology preferred 5 years of work experience or a combination of relevant experience and education (Associate's Degree or higher) Experience in direct customer engagement or relationship management is required Banking and/or fraud experience is preferred Experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and CRM platforms is preferred
