Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and clinical judgment to ensure accurate diagnoses.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to encourage self-exploration and healing.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers including case managers and psychiatrists to ensure clients receive holistic and integrated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategies to clients in acute distress or urgent situations.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
