Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Process complex payrolls across multiple countries with accuracy and timeliness Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll regulations Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay calculations Prepare and submit filings such as W-2 and T4 reports Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; elevate and resolve discrepancies Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities Maintain and audit payroll records including tax withholdings, benefits, and direct deposits Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration for regional consistency Support rollout of standardized payroll workflows across the Americas Document and implement procedures and provide input on harmonization milestones Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and issue resolution Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) Spanish Portuguese Skills ADP Payroll Systems Workday SAP Dayforce Multi-State Payroll Processing Data Entry and Reconciliation Multi-Country Payroll Processing Payroll Compliance Payroll Reconciliation Tax Filing and Reporting Off-Cycle Payments and Final Pay Processing Payroll Records Auditing Process Improvement and Automation Employee Inquiry Resolution Payroll System Upgrades and Integrations Written and Verbal Communication Analytical Problem Solving Schedule Start date: 2026-09-28 Company Description Company Description Compunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
