Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and social circumstances, ensuring a comprehensive understanding for tailored interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, adapting modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate client-specific goals, interventions, and regular progress evaluations, ensuring measurable outcomes and accountability.

• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, involving psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic treatment encompassing both psychological and medical support.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, conducting thorough risk assessments and ensuring the implementation of effective safety plans.

• Actively advocate for clients’ rights and link them to vital community resources, ensuring they have access to necessary services such as housing, employment assistance, and additional support systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
