Outside Sales Representative - Northern California H&A Recruiter An equipment company is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative based in Northern California to grow new and used equipment sales within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering equipment solutions that support customers’ jobsite needs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently in the field.
